How is the Vigil mask different from other 3D sleep masks?

Most 3D masks on the market have eye cups at 6mm depth — barely enough to avoid touching your lashes. Ours are 12mm deep, creating a real blackout chamber with zero contact. We also use a smooth silicone-coated strap instead of velcro (which catches on hair and wears out fast), and a breathable bamboo interior that stays cool instead of trapping heat.

Is it really 100% blackout?

Yes. We engineered a 360° nose-bridge seal so light can't bleed in from below — which is where most masks fail. If you're a night shift worker trying to sleep at noon, this matters.

Will it work if I sleep on my side?

Yes. The mask is designed to stay in position for side, back, and stomach sleepers. The adjustable strap keeps it secure without being tight.

Can I wear it with earplugs?

Absolutely — that's the point of our Sleep Starter Kit. Mask + earplugs together is the complete blackout experience.

How do I clean it?

Hand wash gently with mild soap and warm water. Air dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
